Responsibilities:

• Partner with Portfolio manager to do a study / POC for Enterprise Data Platform.
• Drive/participate in requirements gathering workshop
• Assess SAP FI related functionality in ERP, align it to requirement of data and reporting platform
• Translate business requirements into solutions and assess the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts
• Document findings, prepare reports and present to various stakeholders

• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control Business Analysis activities on projects within agreed parameters of cost, time and quality

Special Challenges:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, rapidly changing environment. Strong engagement skills, working with senior leaders on regular basis.
• Expertise in the integration of Finance with other modules like PTW (PS-TW, PS-HR) and GSR.
• Knowledge of latest ERP trends/developments/products or Certifications is a plus.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of proven project experience in the Area of Finance & Controlling.
• Expertise in several of the following:
• General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Centre and Profit Centre Accounting, Cross company configuration & Interfaces.
• Integration experience with other applications and solutions.
• Good understanding of financial processes, including period end closing.
• Good Understanding of SAP BI, Reporting etc
• Understanding of IT project management and project delivery methodology, including agile
• Understanding of IT security and compliance
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
