Job Description:

• Exposure to solution manager, managed systems configuration, configuration with Service Now. In Viatris, many aspects managed through solution manager
• Should be able to handle issues when L2, L1 are not available
• Capability and resolving capability to be more
• Extensive use of PI/PO in Viatris to handle flow form SAP to non-SAP / internal to external is required
• Knowledge of web dispatcher and proxy, DMG zone
• Should know how to traffic flow can happen and how to resolve
• There will be support as well as implementation engagement
• In Viatris, S4 shall be live in 1 year, project will take 6-12 months to go-live
• S4 experience (not mandatory for now)
• HANA general understanding (mandatory)
• Good exposure required for recovering, restoration and trouble shooting
• Should have basic architecture understanding
• Certification of HANA is a plus
• Some of the systems in max DB, hence basic exposure is a plus
• Candidate should be aware of set up of new systems
• java stacks
• Redwood / control m scheduling experience would be preferable - secondary knowledge
• Resource who has sound knowledge of HANA - oracle, sql server migration
• SAP Fiori administration

Job Specification:

• Exposure should be more with experience of 8+ years. Can go for less than 8 if good expertise of SAP BASIS / other aspects of SAP
• The vitreous is 24x7  environment, hence a rotational shift is required.
